here is something powerful about connection.
God created us for relationship. Before there was a church,
there was a garden. Before there was a ministry, there was relation-
ship. Before there was a crowd, there was Adam and Eve. Through-
out Scripture, we see God connecting people to people in order to
accomplish His purposes.
Ruth connected with Naomi.
David connected with Jonathan.
Esther was connected to Mordecai.
Paul connected with Timothy.
Jesus surrounded Himself with disciples.
These connections were not accidental. They became environ-
ments where character was developed, purpose was revealed, wis-
dom was transferred, and destiny was strengthened.
As women, we often carry many responsibilities. We lead, nur-
ture, build, serve, encourage, mother, mentor, work, minister, and
pour into others. But sometimes the woman who knows how to
pour into everyone else forgets that she also needs to be poured
into.
